Local Police sit in the back of a truck and throw salt by hand onto the frozen over Da Qiao Highway in far north Xinjiang province. I fell on my rear end shooting this shot..... shot was taken from sitting up on the road after I slipped over trying to come to a running stop on ice after pursuing the police up the road.... :-s
